The Evrikus publishing house announced that it is currently working hard on an expansion for the board game "Drakonobortsy", which will most likely eventually be called "Dark Element".
The expansion will add a new hero to the project – a necromancer. He is able to bring defeated goblins back to life and turn them to his side. New equipment will also become available: in the shop, you can buy or craft an invisibility cloak, spiked boots, an amulet of power, and much more.
You will encounter more enemies. For example, level two goblins will appear on the field, and participants will be able to choose which dragon to challenge: the classic fire dragon or the fierce undead dragon.
Rune cards will be introduced: a new type of cards with useful effects. You can save a rune to apply its effect most advantageously. Playing with the expansion will be allowed according to the rules of the main game, and you can also diversify parties with new modes:
- Player vs. Player: only one of the heroes can defeat the dragon and gain fame. You will have to block the path of rivals, engage in battle, and prove that victory belongs only to you;
- Cooperative mode: the dragon has broken out of its lair and is spreading fire and destruction among merchants. The players' task is to strengthen the heroes in time and unite to defeat the dragon before it turns all the shops on the field into ashes.
