Joyride: Turbo to be released in Russia - tabletop racing with insane rides

Fans of tabletop projects in the spirit of "Heat: Pedal to the Metal" and "Road Rage: Vendetta" will be able to get the Russian version of the racing game Joyride: Turbo. Inside the large box, you can find many cars, cards, and accessories.

Choo Choo Games announced that it will release Joyride: Turbo in Russia. This is a large box that includes all the cars, tracks, and items from the racing board games Joyride: Survival of the Fastest and Joyride Duel: Next Gen, as well as other components.

The mechanics are simple: there is no track as such – there is an open field and checkpoints, and how to get to them is up to the participants. You can cut across the field, go head-on, or simply push a competitor off the route.

Movement works through a dice pool: players fix some dice from the previous turn, move, and then decide whether to accelerate (take more dice) or slow down. At the same time, you can only turn once per turn (sometimes twice).

During insane races, gamers will encounter dangers such as mines, oil slicks, and rockets. On the BoardGameGeek portal, Joyride: Turbo scored 8.2 out of 10.

Choo Choo Games employees will try to make the price adequate, but everything will depend on the exchange rate.
