The board game "The Quacks of Quedlinburg: The Duel" will be released in Russia - a battle of medieval quacks
In the future, thanks to the board game "The Quacks of Quedlinburg: The Duel," Russian-speaking users will also be able to go to the market square of a medieval city, take on the role of "healers," and attract patients to their stall.
The publishing house "Lavka Igr" announced that it will release "The Quacks of Quedlinburg: The Duel" in Russia — a board game for two players with "push your luck" and "bag-building" mechanics.
In this project, participants act as "healers" in a medieval city and compete for potential patients. Each round, they take turns drawing ingredient tokens from their own bags to brew a potion: the more tokens they manage to place in their flask, the more bonuses they earn. However, they must be careful: if they overfill the flask, the potion will explode and scare away customers from the stall.
The goal of the board game is to be the first to "cure" six patients by attracting them with successful potions and other bonuses. The game can also end after the seventh round if no one has reached the goal earlier: then the one who has cured more patients wins.
The game combines risk and strategy: you need to decide whether to continue drawing tokens for greater benefit or stop to avoid an explosion, and also wisely prioritize when buying new ingredients for your bag.
By the way, this is not only a new announcement from Lavka Igr, but also their next campaign. The files are already ready and in print.
