Russian Version of Baldur's Gate 3 Astarion Fan Campaign Mod Released

The acclaimed fan campaign A Dream of Silence is now more accessible.

This summer, the third act of the fan campaign "A Dream of Silence ReVamped" was released for Baldur's Gate 3.

Lizardphunk invited players to experience a new story centered around Astarion: players will need to rescue the character from a nightmare. This campaign features several companions, additional gear, boss battles, and other content. Recently, the project received a Russian localization.

The main modification "A Dream of Silence ReVamped - Act 3 - Complete Story Mod - Custom Campaign" is distributed for free via Nexus Mods. And recently, another modder under the nickname Saylissm introduced "ADOS_RUS" — this mod adds a Russian translation for "A Dream of Silence ReVamped".

The modder stated that the initial translation of "A Dream of Silence ReVamped" was done using Google Gemini and then manually refined. He admits that there may be inaccuracies, awkward phrasing, and typos — he encourages reporting them to be corrected in future versions of the Russian localization.

Another fan campaign, Path to Menzoberranzan, is currently under development. The developers occasionally release new footage.
