Players will have to automate the looting of a fantasy town.

Brazilian solo developer Nautlander has released Greedy Greedy Gnomes on PC and Android. The publisher was the British Future Friends Games, known for CloverPit.

The action takes place in the sleepy fantasy town of Eldor’Idle, whose inhabitants prefer not to leave their homes. Players are invited to break in, smash pots, and claim hidden treasures. Initially, looting must be done manually, but soon the dirty work can be delegated to hired gnomes.

Gnomes can be trained and upgraded to empty the town faster and more efficiently. The gold earned goes towards equipment, new buildings, and further upgrades until looting finally turns into an automated business. Then progress can be reset, permanent bonuses obtained, and the entire cycle restarted.

If that's not enough, you can go to the mine, visit a boss in the dungeon, brew an enhancement in the wizard's tower, or make a deal with a ghost in the cemetery. The game does not suggest being particularly careful with its own workforce: for new advantages, gnomes are allowed to be sacrificed to demonic forces.
