The second season of "Transformers: Cyberverse" has been released - Autobots face an Energon surge
Hasbro has released the second season of the animated web series "Transformers: Cyberverse". The first episode is already available on the official Transformers HQ YouTube channel.
In the second season, the Autobots and Decepticons face the consequences of an Energon surge. The mysterious phenomenon opens up previously inaccessible areas of Cyberverse, changes the Transformers' abilities, and creates new threats. The heroes must understand the nature of the surge and why they are trapped in the digital world.
Hasbro's Vice President of Global Action Brands Strategy, Alice D'Antuono, previously noted that the Energon surge would be the main event of the new season:
"The Energon surge changes everything: the world, the characters, and the stakes. Optimus, Bumblebee, and the others face their toughest challenge yet."
One of the consequences of the surge will be changes in Bumblebee's physical form, and Optimus Prime will have to rally the Autobots again and get closer to unraveling the mystery of Cyberverse.
The first season of "Transformers: Cyberverse" aired on YouTube from July 2025 to July 2026 and consisted of 36 episodes. The number of episodes in the second season is not yet known.
