A role-playing multiplayer is being made for Cyberpunk 2077 - first gameplay shown

Modders have already implemented some game systems.

The author of the YouTube channel "5M Servers" recently announced an unofficial multiplayer for Cyberpunk 2077. According to the modders, they "got tired of waiting" for other developers to do something similar.

Their project was named "Cyberpunk Online Multiplayer Roleplay". The modders said that they have already completed the creation of the basic structure and modifications for the Cyberpunk Online role-playing game.

The current version implements a shop system that players can own. When purchased, items are sent to the inventory; and the owner will need to replenish the assortment.

Players will be able to chat, customize their character, and create gangs.

Cyberpunk Online Multiplayer Roleplay does not yet have a release date. The modders are going to open public testing "soon" and also plan to release the source code of the basic systems.

Another multiplayer for Cyberpunk 2077 called "CyberMP" is also currently under development. This month, the modders published a new diary and reported significant progress: the server can withstand more than fifty players.
