The current version of the Deadlands tabletop role-playing game will be released in Russia - 30 years in the Deadlands

The anniversary version of the Deadlands tabletop role-playing game will reach users in Russia, where they will have to deal with all sorts of evil spirits and bandits in the Wild West, survive in harsh conditions, and balance on the brink of madness and death.

Back in the first half of 2026, on Kickstarter, Pinnacle Entertainment Group held the Deadlands 30th Anniversary Celebration — a large-scale anniversary campaign to raise funds and release new materials in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Deadlands tabletop role-playing game.

At that time, with the help of generous sponsors, the team managed to raise $358,324 (29,848,915 rubles). Now it has become known that the Ryzhy Bibliotekar publishing house is going to localize this particular current edition.

The book will contain all the basic information for playing Deadlands, new materials from Deadlands: Companion, and Savage Worlds rules rewritten so that any resident of the Wild West can understand them: be it a scientist, a sheriff's deputy, or a simple cowboy.

This tabletop role-playing game will transport gamers to an unsafe world where ancient and extremely evil entities intend to turn Earth into a scorched, dead desert.

Instead of the usual elves and dwarves, players take on the roles of gunslingers, Native American shamans, mad scientists, or sorcerers who confront terrifying creatures and occult forces in the Wild West of the late 19th century.
