Unfrozen studio recently added a remake of a map from Heroes 3 to Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era, and now they're back with another update. This time it's a small technical hotfix v. 0.80.47, which aims to fix a bug that prevented some saves from loading after the last patch.
The fixes affected not only the save system. The developers also made changes to the AI's logic and fixed some mechanics. They did not specify when they plan to release the next update for the game.
Changes and improvements in hotfix v. 0.80.47 for Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era:
- Fixed a bug that caused some save files to stop loading after the previous update.
- Re-fixed an issue that caused an error in detecting and selecting a hero before the start of a battle on tournament templates.
- Made minor technical fixes to improve overall network connection stability.
- Outcast Tournament. Fixed missing guard strength multiplier in starting player territories.
- Jebus Tournament. Fixed rare cases where Pandora's boxes with creatures could still appear in the central territory.
