Escape from Tarkov Developers Talk About the Leagues System - It Will Appear in Update 1.1.5.0
Recently, Battlestate Games boss Nikita Buyanov has been actively teasing a new "Leagues system" for Escape from Tarkov. Now, the developers have summarized the information and explained how this system works.
After the first raid, the player will be included in a group of 50 players of their rank. Each group is a leaderboard: the position in it will be determined by the amount of experience the player earns per week.
The developers clarified that experience for "eliminating PMCs, Scavs, and Bosses, completing quests, examining items, and so on" is taken into account. Experience from Escape from Tarkov: Arena will NOT be counted in the league system, but it will still be awarded to the character itself.
The more experience a player earns, the higher they will be on their leaderboard. At the end of the week, the top 25 players are promoted in rank, 15 remain at their current rank, and 10 drop down.

Upon first achieving a new rank, the player in Escape from Tarkov will receive a corresponding reward. It will remain with them forever, even if their rank is subsequently lowered.
According to the roadmap, the ranked leagues system will appear in Tarkov this month. The September update also plans to include a reworked version of the Lighthouse location.
