Summing up the past week, recalling and commenting on everything that the gaming industry has managed to distinguish itself with.

• PlayStation 5 Pro consoles are running out in major retail chains, and in some places, they are already unavailable. The shortage is linked to the new Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay.
• Gamers have seen DLSS 5 technology in action. Many are pleased, while others believe it makes everything too realistic. Developers, such as Daniel Vávra, are absolutely thrilled.
• Actor Vsevolod Kuznetsov, who voices Geralt in The Witcher 2 and 3, will not participate in the pirated voice-over of the Songs of the Past expansion.
• gamescom attendees were robbed, with several laptops stolen from them. And this happens annually.
