Xbox Celebrates PHYSINT Transition: Head of Marketing Puts Kojima Meme as Avatar

Xbox celebrated its collaboration with Hideo Kojima: Head of Marketing Aaron Greenberg called it "leveling up" and set a meme with the Japanese developer as his avatar.

After PlayStation abandoned further work on PHYSINT, Kojima found a new partner in Microsoft, and the project will continue to develop with Xbox. The news caused a stir, as the game is supposed to bring Kojima back to spy action games and was previously closely associated with PlayStation.

Xbox Head of Marketing Aaron Greenberg briefly reacted to the situation:

He didn't stop there and temporarily changed his profile picture on X. It shows Kojima holding an Xbox Series X like a rocket launcher. The meme appeared during the launch of the current generation console and now has new meaning.

Microsoft has already collaborated with Kojima Productions on OD, and now the relationship has expanded to PHYSINT. The project, originally associated with PlayStation, will continue development with Xbox.
