They wanted to make a Polish No Man's Sky, but got a flop: players didn't play Honeycomb

Honeycomb: The World Beyond from the creators of House Flipper launched to scathing reviews on Steam and a peak online of only 737 players, despite over 224,000 wishlists.

The game by FrozenWay studio was conceived as a Polish version of No Man's Sky, albeit on a much smaller scale. Initially, the project steadily gained wishlists, and each new piece of material raised hopes for a good outcome.

The release took place on September 8, 2026, but players received Honeycomb poorly. Due to the initial ratings, the game quickly lost visibility on Steam. Currently, it has 64% positive reviews, and the peak online was 737 players. At the same time, the game is on the wishlist of over 224,000 users.

An additional reason for disappointment was the involvement of the publisher of the Ark Survival series – the potential for a successful project was high.
