Fantastic Signals studio and tinyBuild publishing house presented the official story trailer for The Lift — an unusual first-person repair simulator with an emphasis on narrative and supernatural events.

The Lift takes place in an abandoned research institute, once one of humanity's most advanced scientific facilities. After a catastrophic incident, the complex was virtually destroyed and now drifts in the void, gradually succumbing to cosmic decay. The player will take on the role of a caretaker, restore the institute, and uncover the circumstances of what happened.

The main gameplay mechanic revolves around repairing and restoring premises. Each floor becomes a separate large-scale project: you will have to fix furniture, restore electrical systems, lay cables, assemble electrical circuits, troubleshoot, and bring various devices back to life. These include vending machines, generators, satellite dishes, and even a reactor. For more complex tasks, the player will be able to create necessary tools and gradually expand their arsenal.
