Ubisoft decided to postpone the release of the already "gone gold" remake of Rayman Legends
The game was supposed to be released in October.
Ubisoft announced the postponement of the release of Rayman Legends Retold. Initially, the game was supposed to be released on October 1, but now players will have to wait until December 3. At the same time, the development of the game was already officially completed, the project "went gold".
The developers explained the postponement by the desire to get additional time to "ensure that every detail receives due attention". The team decided not to rush the release even after completing the main work on the game.
On September 22, Ubisoft will present a new overview trailer for Rayman Legends Retold. On the same day, fresh impressions from media representatives and bloggers who had the opportunity to try out the game will appear.
Rayman Legends Retold will not be limited to a simple update of the original. The developers have added new content to the game, including musical levels. Among them are levels based on M.C. Hammer's "Can't Touch This" and Los Del Rio's "Macarena". The visual style of the original has been preserved.
