"Grand Blue Dreaming" to get a fourth season - first poster revealed

The continuation was announced immediately after the final episode of the third season.

The creators of the anime "Grand Blue Dreaming" have officially launched the production of a fourth season. Along with the announcement, the first poster for the continuation was released, but the premiere date and other details have not yet been revealed.

"Grand Blue Dreaming" tells the story of Iori Kitahara, who enrolls in university and moves in with relatives in the seaside town of Izu. After meeting the members of the local diving club, the protagonist's quiet student life turns into a series of noisy parties and crazy adventures.

The third season premiered on July 6, 2026, and consisted of 12 episodes. The final episode was released on September 21. Zero-G and Saber Works studios were responsible for the season's production, and Shinji Takamatsu, known for the anime "Haven't You Heard? I'm Sakamoto," directed it. It is not yet known whether the previous team will return to work on the continuation.
