"That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Returns Summer 2027 - Spring Will See a Clayman Spin-off

The creators will fill the break between the second and third cours with a separate story about Clayman.

The third part of the fourth season of the anime "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" will start in July 2027. Before the main story returns, viewers will see the spin-off "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: Clayman's Revenge," which will premiere in April 2027.

"Clayman's Revenge" will offer an alternative look at the events of the main story. After dying at Rimuru's hands, the demon lord gains the unique skill "Regressor" and awakens 70 years before his own death. Retaining memories of his defeat, Clayman tries to change the future and avoid past mistakes.

The production of "Clayman's Revenge" is handled by Studio 8-Bit, which also works on the main series. Kentaro Sugimoto will direct, Yuji Haibara is responsible for the series composition, and Asumi Hashimoto and Hideki Sakai are in charge of character design.

In total, the fourth season of "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" will be divided into five cours. The release dates for the fourth and fifth parts have not yet been announced.
