17 minutes of gameplay from the "Mass Effect successor" - quest walkthrough shown in Exodus

In the world of Exodus, a sentient octopus pilots a mech.

Recently, players were reminded of the Exodus project from former Mass Effect developers once again. This time, Game Informer shared exclusive material – publishing a 17-minute gameplay recording online.

Journalists invited players to watch a walkthrough of one of Exodus's quests. This is an early-game mission where players will meet an unusual companion – a sentient octopus named Salt. Salt uses a special combat suit for battle.

Exodus is positioned as a cinematic single-player action-RPG, with events unfolding in the distant future. Players will journey from a character who survived a world infected by the Rot virus to a hero capable of influencing the future. During the journey, you can assemble a team of diverse professionals, such as smugglers, scientists, and mercenaries.
