Some PlayStation 5 exclusives run surprisingly well on PC.

In early 2026, God of War Sons of Sparta was released on PlayStation 5 consoles. Thanks to an emulator called "KytyPS5", PC players were able to experience the new title from Mega Cat Studios and Santa Monica Studio not only in the form of gameplay videos.

Recently, the author of the YouTube channel Unreal Gaming PC shared a recording of God of War Sons of Sparta tests, which was launched on PC using KytyPS5. The FPS counter, depending on the scene, showed from 200 to 340+ frames per second.

For the tests, Unreal Gaming PC used a PC with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor and a GeForce RTX 4080 graphics card (Asus ROG Strix OC). Judging by the counter, the graphics card was loaded on average by 80-90%, and the processor by 20-30%.

Another PlayStation 5 exclusive was also launched using KytyPS5. A user under the nickname BrutalSam_ said that the Demon's Souls remake can be launched on PC at 120 FPS in 4K resolution, but there are nuances. To achieve this result, NVIDIA DLSS technology was used, and 4x Frame Generation was also activated. BrutalSam_'s recording is available at the following link.

Players hope that Grand Theft Auto VI will be available on PC in the future.
