Modder showed a cut scene from Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced - it connected several games of the franchise

Several well-known characters could be met in the epilogue.

Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced was released not only on consoles but also on PC. While some enthusiasts release various modifications for the game, others try to find remnants of content in the files that the developers did not include in the release version.

According to the discovery by user Sliderv2, Ubisoft Entertainment planned to add a scene to Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced that could connect several games of the franchise.

The scene has poorly configured lighting, unfinished animations, some objects are clearly missing, and some models are 'placeholders'. It is assumed that this fragment was cut at an early stage of development.

Sliderv2 commented on the scene. Black Flag's protagonist Edward Kenway returned to Great Britain and met Miko in London, whom players know from another part of the franchise:

Unused epilogue scene from Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, set in a London tavern, featuring Miko — leader of the British Brotherhood of Assassins, who is later killed by Haytham Kenway in Assassin’s Creed III.

During the conversation, the characters mention the 'death of the king' (George I died in 1727), and at the end of the scene, 'the only one who answered the call for help' — Adewale — approaches the heroes. If this scene had been left in the game, it would have connected Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, Assassin's Creed III, and AC: Freedom Cry.

Currently, the developers are preparing updates for Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. The release date for the next update has not yet been announced.
