Card Board Game "Rebels" Released in Russia: A Choice Between Good and Evil in a Fantasy Kingdom

The card board game "Rebels" about a fearless rebellion against the tyranny of Queen Christina is now available in Russia. Players can now lead the resistance, gather an army of recruits, and decide whether to side with good or help evil triumph.

The Evrikus publishing house announced that the card board game "Rebels" (also known as Insurrection), designed for 2-6 players, is now available for purchase. Currently, it can be bought for 1790-2415 rubles in various locations.

In this project, Queen Christina holds the country in her power, and the corruption marks she has imposed call out to darkness. But the rebellion has already begun: rebels are marching towards her citadel, and players are their leaders.

Participants will recruit soldiers, animals, rulers, and minions, selecting card combinations that will bring the most points. Each round, all players simultaneously choose and reveal one card from their hand. Its initiative determines who will act earlier and be the first to access the best recruits.

On their turn, a player takes a card from the common play area, and leaves the played card there — now it can be taken by opponents. Some cards allow you to destroy recruits or peek at the next card in the deck.

This struggle for a strong army has a downside: decisions affect the fate of the entire uprising, because some cards have special symbols — marks of corruption, bringing closer the triumph of darkness. If the rebels hold out until the end of the sixth round, Christina will be overthrown, and the player with the most points will take her throne.

If, upon checking, 10 or more corruption marks are found on the open cards, evil will win. The Queen will retain power, and the winner will become her new assistant. The most important thing is that the value of certain cards depends on the outcome of the conflict. For example, a goblin will bring three points if good wins and as many as nine if evil wins. Therefore, an opponent who seems to be working with one of the players to overthrow the queen may well bring about her victory if it is more profitable for them.

The board game "Rebels" is suitable for players who love card games with intrigue, fans of fantasy stories, users who prefer to collect card combinations in their hand, and groups who enjoy indirect interaction and the ability to influence the overall course of the game.
