God of War game director thrilled by Warhammer 40,000: Darktide

Cory Barlog turned out to be a huge fan of the Warhammer 40K universe and lavished praise on the new co-op shooter

As it turned out, God of War (2018) director Cory Barlog proved to be a big fan of the Warhammer 40,000 universe and highly praised the upcoming cooperative shooter Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, developed by Fatshark studio.

Fatshark gave Barlog and his wife an office tour, showed off a working build of Darktide, and let them take plenty of photos. Barlog himself admitted that he didn’t get hands-on time to play, but was shown enough gameplay footage to form an overall impression of the project.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will be released on November 30 on PC. The game will later become available on Xbox Series X|S consoles.
