Borderlands 4 Gets Major Update - With Performance Improvements and a Highly Requested Feature on Consoles

Developers continue to improve the technical state of the game.

Gearbox has introduced another update for Borderlands 4. This patch includes a new feature, a number of technical improvements, and more.

Some changes and new features:

• Stability and performance improvements.
• [Xbox/PlayStation] Enabled field of view (FOV) adjustment slider on consoles.
• Fixed various instances of freezes, low FPS, and crashes.
• Updated character animations to improve performance.
• Fixed rare issues with infinite loading screens during cross-play.
• Fixed a bug where players could lose or be rewarded unintended bonus skill points in multiplayer mode.
• Fixes for some quests, interface, and visual effects.
