The creator of No More Heroes and Killer7 believes that Grasshopper Manufacture could show Peacemaker at his most brutal.
Goichi Suda, known as Suda51, has stated his desire to develop a game based on the DC universe and noted that he would choose Peacemaker as the main character. In a conversation with Future Game Show, the designer emphasized that such a project would allow him to demonstrate "new ways of killing" that were not in the series or in the original comics.
«I would like to see new ways of killing people that are not in the series or in the comics. This is what we, Grasshopper Manufacture, are good at: finding ways to kill all sorts of ****, making it bloody and disgusting. So yes, I would like to show how Peacemaker will find new, interesting ways to kill people».
It is noteworthy that Suda51 has already worked with James Gunn, the current co-head of DC Studios, on the action movie Lollipop Chainsaw. Gunn participated in the creation of the plot and characters.
Currently, Grasshopper Manufacture is preparing to release a new project — the bloody action game Romeo is a Dead Man, which is scheduled to premiere in 2026.
