The level of hardcore will be significantly reduced.
Before the November release of Escape from Tarkov, the developers decided to introduce a softcore patch. It contains a number of changes that should simplify the gameplay.
Battlestate Games' Nikita Buyanov published a list of changes:
· Reduced inertia — the greater the overload, the greater the reduction (inertia reduction up to 70%)
· Increased carrying capacity by 50%
· Added barters at traders at loyalty level 2 for tokens;
· Reduced aim punch by 60%;
· Increased the number of items in areas with valuable loot.
· Increased the number of containers with bags and stashes in locations.
· Added spawn of weapon cases and other types of cases in marked rooms.
· Colored keycards are more likely to spawn at the Lab location;
· All types of items can be put up for sale on the Flea Market
· Flea Market is available from level 10
· Minimum number of slots on the Flea Market - 5
· Increased skill leveling speed
· Increased experience multiplier for completing a raid
· Hardcore wipe achievements are no longer available for completion
