Journalists contacted the Activision team to find out why the phrase "Arc Raiders" is censored in the Black Ops 7 chat. It turns out that this is not due to some dark conspiracies or competition between studios at all.
Our text moderation system flagged "Arc" as an alternative to an unacceptable word. When combined with "Raiders," the phrase ARC Raiders was flagged as suspicious. The filters have already been adjusted.
It is possible that a similar system censors "Arc Raiders" and in the EA app.
