Despite its over 20-year history, the Gothic series continues to actively attract players. Speedruns and unconventional playthroughs are of great interest. One significant achievement belongs to Polish streamer Karrypto: he completed the entire saga in a single stream without losing any health.
"Gothic no damage run, all parts in a row, speedruns with and without bugs, Gothic 2 in any way, for example with a sickle in farmer's clothes, without picking up items, and so on," Karrypto describes the playthrough on his channel.
During the broadcast, he completed: the first Gothic, Gothic 2 without the expansion, Gothic 2: Night of the Raven with the expansion, Gothic 3, Gothic 3: Forsaken Gods, and finished with a demo version of Gothic Remake.
Although the video is titled "DID IT - 6 Gothic games without damage in 9 hours", it actually took longer. The first Gothic had to be restarted, and problems with the save file in Gothic 2 also required a restart. The final video on YouTube lasts 11 hours.
The release of the remake of the first Gothic in early 2026 will provide an opportunity to set a new record and break his own achievement.
