The new installment in the franchise has not pleased all players.
Battlefield 6 was recently released, including on PC via Steam. Many praise the game, but there are also negative reviews — not everyone appreciated the progression system, and questions sometimes arise about the developers' creative vision and the quality of the campaign.
Valve publishes statistics on support requests, and the presented graph shows a sharp increase in the number of requests on October 10, the release date of Battlefield 6, and the following day.
- October 9 — 273,010 requests
- October 10 — 358,279
- October 11 — 386,378
This total includes requests for refunds (the majority), as well as requests related to making purchases/payments, questions about account protection/recovery, and requests from the "Technical Support for Steam and Games" category.
A larger spike in requests at the end of September - beginning of October coincides with the start of the seasonal sale.
