Capcom has opened pre-orders not only for Resident Evil Requiem, but also introduced accessories created specifically for Nintendo Switch 2 owners.
Capcom has revealed new details about the release of Resident Evil Requiem and accompanying accessories for Switch 2. Along with the game's launch, scheduled for February 27, 2026, the company will release a limited edition Pro Controller designed in the style of Resident Evil — with elements of newspaper clippings from the fictional Raccoon City publication.
Pre-orders for the controller are already open in official online stores, including the Nintendo Store. The price is $99.99, which is $10 higher than the standard Pro Controller. Apart from the design, the device is completely identical to the basic Pro Controller model.
In addition, the company is preparing a collectible amiibo figure dedicated to the new heroine of the series — Grace Ashcroft. Its release is scheduled for the summer of 2026, after the game's release. Capcom has not yet revealed the design of the figure and possible bonuses, so we have to wait for an official demonstration.
