The Western became available on current platforms in December.
The classic Western Red Dead Redemption (2010) was released on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2 with support for 4K resolution, 60 FPS, and improved graphics. Owners of the game on PS4 and the original Switch can upgrade to the current generation version, but players on Microsoft consoles have encountered difficulties.
Players who previously upgraded the digital version for Xbox 360 to the Xbox One version cannot further upgrade the game to Xbox Series X|S. At the same time, those who initially only had the Xbox One version are upgrading without problems.
Rockstar Games is aware of the issue and promises to fix everything.

The updated edition of RDR includes the base game and the Undead Nightmare expansion, where John Marston fights zombies and other supernatural creatures.
