While AMD and NVIDIA are betting on AI, Intel presented a new generation of processors with advanced integrated graphics at CES 2026.

At the CES 2026 exhibition, Intel introduced a new line of Core Ultra Series 3 mobile processors based on the Panther Lake architecture, created using the 18A process technology. The company placed its main emphasis on integrated graphics. According to Intel, the performance of the integrated GPU has increased by up to 77% compared to the previous Lunar Lake generation.

The top models of the series, Core Ultra X9 388H and Core Ultra X7 368H, received Intel Arc B390 graphics built on the Xe3 architecture. For the first time in Intel's integrated solutions, these iGPUs offer hardware ray tracing as well as support for Multi-Frame Generation technology. According to the company, MFG provides up to a fourfold increase in frame rates in supported games.

Intel calls the Arc B390 the fastest integrated GPU in the company's history. According to internal tests, it is up to 82% faster than the Radeon 890M in the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and is capable of competing with the laptop RTX 4050 at a power consumption level of 45W. In a number of games, including Battlefield 6 and Cyberpunk 2077, Intel's integrated graphics even outperformed NVIDIA's discrete graphics card at lower power consumption.

In addition to the flagship models, the lineup includes more affordable processors with Arc B370 graphics and a reduced number of cores. In total, the series includes 14 processors, from Core Ultra X9 to Core Ultra 5 322. They offer from 8 to 16 cores, support for up to 96 GB of LPDDR5X memory, and up to 50 TOPS of NPU computing power for artificial intelligence tasks.

Separately, Intel notes improvements in Arc drivers. This is expected to increase stability in games and accelerate the appearance of optimizations for popular game engines.

The first devices based on the new processor lineup became available for pre-order on January 6.
