Thomas Puha does not understand why the press tells readers about how poorly the shooter is performing.
Remedy Entertainment Communications Director Thomas Puha expressed disappointment in journalists covering the rapid decline of Highguard's player count and the criticism directed at the shooter from the creators of Apex Legends and Titanfall.
I am tired of headlines about how many players Highguard has lost. Of course, one could argue that these are facts, but I can't shake the feeling that this is just "joy" over the game's failures and publishing negative headlines for the sake of clicks. Why should we, as developers, even try to do anything at all?
Commentators suggest that Thomas stop defending Highguard and simply admit that the game is bad.
As a reminder, since its release, the PC version of the game has lost more than 90% of its audience — its online player count plummeted from 97,000 to 11,000 players.
