The cast of the God of War adaptation for Prime Video continues to take shape.
The God of War series, being created for Prime Video, has found the actor for the second key role. Atreus, Kratos' son, will be played by young actor Callum Vinson, who previously appeared in the series "Poker Face" and "Chucky". This will be the biggest project in Vinson's career.
It was previously confirmed that the role of Kratos will be played by Ryan Hurst. He is known to viewers for voicing Thor in God of War Ragnarök, as well as for his role as Harry Winston in the series "Sons of Anarchy."
Filming of the series is already underway in Canada. The project's premiere date has not yet been announced, but it is known that the adaptation is planned for at least two seasons — they will cover the events of God of War (2018) and God of War Ragnarök.
