In February, information surfaced that miHoYo (HoYoverse) lawyers filed a lawsuit in the US against the well-known leaker HomDGCat, who shared information about Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail long before official announcements.
Several other well-known members of the leaker community realized that they could be next and began to "pause" their activities or quit altogether: Mortis/Anon leaks , HXG_diluc, Seele Leaks (Chalice Leak), Galaxy leaks, Shiroha.
However, things are not so simple with Seele Leaks (Chalice Leak). First, a statement was published that they "were not forced to write", according to which the leaker and his fellow administrators would cease their activities.

The flow of leaks for Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail then resumed. It is assumed that Seele found a way to protect himself.
