World of Reel journalist Jordan Ruimy reported that Nick Offerman has joined the cast of the Elden Ring film, which is being directed by Alex Garland. According to him, the actor is already in Scotland, where filming is scheduled to begin this week.
Previously, Offerman indirectly hinted at his participation in the project. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, he said that he was preparing for Garland's new film and undergoing intensive physical training, including working on his body and voice. At the time, the wording did not allow for a clear connection to the Elden Ring adaptation, but now this information seems to have been confirmed.
According to Ruimy, other cast members may be announced in the coming days. It was previously reported that Kit Connor, Ben Whishaw, and Cailee Spaeny will star in the film.
