A major update 1.0.4.5 was recently released for Escape from Tarkov. Soon, fans noticed some problems.

Battlestate Games responded to the feedback and deployed a technical patch — the game received "balance adjustments to a number of weapon modules that were not included in update 1.0.4.5."

The Escape from Tarkov developers also heard the community's complaints about the "absence of the player's nickname, the ability to view and submit a report on a player's profile on the death screen after a raid in some cases."
