The creators of Silent Hill 2 Remake are breaking profit records and preparing a new game

The studio increased its net profit by 150% to 52.6 million zlotys (≈ $13.2 million), surpassing the record set in 2021. The main contribution came from the success of Silent Hill 2 Remake and Cronos: The New Dawn.

Revenue grew by more than 67% to 149 million zlotys (≈ $37.3 million). EBITDA reached 89.5 million zlotys (≈ $22.4 million), confirming the chosen strategy.

Company head Piotr Babieno said that the studio has "entered maturity." The team was strengthened by specialists from Activision, Wargaming, and CD Projekt. The goal is to become a global leader in the horror genre.

Bloober Team also plans to develop projects beyond games, in film, literature, and music.

The studio is currently working on seven projects. In the second quarter, it may show materials for the remake of the first Silent Hill.

At the same time, work is underway on "Project H," the largest original brand in the studio's history, which is expected to surpass Cronos.

Cronos: The New Dawn is close to breaking even.
