Hot Toys Announces Darth Maul Figure from "Star Wars: Darth Maul - Son of Dathomir" Series

Even losing half his body won't stop Darth Maul from meeting collectors. In 2027, Hot Toys plans to release a new figure of this character from the animated series "Star Wars: Darth Maul - Son of Dathomir."

Hot Toys has announced a new 1/6th scale Darth Maul figure from the animated series "Star Wars: Darth Maul – Son of Dathomir."

This collectible captures the fierce appearance of the former Sith with highly accurate facial expressions, detailed horns, and iconic tattoos. The 29-cm figure, with 30 points of articulation, features two head sculpts with separate rolling eyeballs.

The Maul set includes six interchangeable gloved hands and four ungloved hands. The body is equipped with mechanical cybernetic legs, serving as a constant reminder of his miraculous survival after his battle with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn in "Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace."

Also in the box is black clothing: a robe (with embedded wire in the hood for posing), a micro-suede "leather-like" tabard, a tunic, shoulder armor, gauntlets, a micro-suede "leather-like" belt, three utility belts with two lightsaber hilt holders, pants, and micro-suede "leather-like" high boots.

Weapons include: a double-bladed lightsaber hilt with LED light-up function (red light), a single-bladed lightsaber hilt with LED light-up function (red light), a double-bladed lightsaber hilt (separable into two individual hilts), a single-bladed lightsaber hilt, a pair of red blades (suitable for all four hilts), a pair of new red blades with motion effect (wavy shape, suitable for all four hilts).

Naturally, there is also a display stand with the Star Wars logo and the character's nameplate. The figure is scheduled for release in the second or third quarter of 2027.
