Iron Studios opened pre-orders for the Jade statue from the Mortal Kombat universe: Kitana's childhood friend
Jade, who debuted in the second part of Mortal Kombat as a secret character, will get a new 21.7 cm statue from Iron Studios in 2027.
During the Inside Iron Studios Day event, Iron Studios employees unveiled a new 1/10 scale polystone statue of Jade from the Mortal Kombat franchise.
It is already available for pre-order for $179.99 (13,544 rubles). The collectible is 21.7 cm high, 16 cm wide, 12.2 cm deep, and weighs 550 grams.
The statue is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2027.
In the original timeline, Jade is Kitana's childhood friend. They grew up and trained together. Kitana, Mileena, and Jade formed a squad of personal assassins for the Outworld Emperor Shao Kahn.
This heroine can use a metal bo staff in battles, throw fans at opponents, and deliver shadow attacks. She debuted in Mortal Kombat II as a secret character.
In MKII, Jade, like other secret fighters — Smoke and Noob Saibot — was a recolored clone of an existing character (in her case, a clone of Kitana).
