Ayaneo to discontinue four more handheld consoles due to RAM prices
Gamers should slowly say goodbye to Ayaneo's Pocket DS, Pocket FIT G3x (Gen 3), Pocket FIT 8 Elite, and Pocket AIR Mini B.Duck Edition handheld consoles. The company has also raised prices on most of its product lines.
Ayaneo has once again decided to disappoint gamers. The company announced that production of four of its handheld consoles will be discontinued due to “the high cost of RAM and storage.”
It has re-listed devices such as the Pocket DS, Pocket FIT G3x (Gen 3), Pocket FIT 8 Elite, and Pocket AIR Mini B.Duck Edition. The team has prepared only a small number of models for this restock.
Each item is limited to approximately 30-50 units and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that once the remaining stock is sold out, there will unfortunately be no new batches of the aforementioned consoles.
In addition, Ayaneo employees had to raise prices on most product lines, with the exception of Mini PC, Pocket S Mini, Pocket VERT, and Pocket MICRO. It is likely that the situation with handheld console prices will not improve in the near future, so it is better not to delay purchasing such devices.
