The game Mythologies will be released in Russia - a tabletop pantheon of gods and mythological creatures

With the Mythologies board game, users from Russia will also be able to encounter creatures and gods from Greek, Egyptian, Norse, Hindu, Zulu, Celtic, Inca, and Chinese mythologies, acquire their own pantheon, and crush opponents.

The publisher 4ies (4Games) announced that it will localize Mythologies — a board game for 2–4 players, developed by the French company Super Meeple.

The project offers users a journey through time and cultures. Each player starts with an empty Pantheon board, which must be filled within four rounds. Eight mythologies with unique abilities allow for refreshing combinations and strategies in each game.

The essence of the game lies in the Sanctuary. This is a common repository where gamers choose cards (open draft) using selection tokens. After receiving a card, the player must summon it to their Pantheon. And here, placement is paramount. Each row and each completed column bring immediate profit. You can place a creature in an empty space or destroy existing creatures to place a more powerful deity there, but only if you can pay its cost with precious stones.

Victory goes to the player who scores the most points. This can be achieved through direct card effects, filling the Pantheon grid, and challenges that appear in the third and fourth rounds.

A game takes approximately 20–30 minutes. The box contains eight asymmetric mythologies (Greek, Egyptian, Norse, Hindu, Zulu, Celtic, Inca, and Chinese), but only four can be used in a game. This means participants will have 70 starting combinations.

All mythologies play differently. Some allow you to move cards in the Pantheon, others bring bonuses when opponents act, and still others allow you to aggressively affect opponents, depriving them of cards, resources, and even victory points.
