"The Last Titan" Prepares for Pre-Order in Russia - A Draft-Battler Board Game from the Creator of Magic: The Gathering

Russian-speaking fans of auto-battlers, draft-battlers, and Ameritrash will soon be able to pre-order the board game "The Last Titan" and two expansions for it. In this brainchild of renowned game designer Richard Garfield, players will encounter over 100 heroes and participate in exciting battles.

GaGa Games publishing house announced that the next pre-order will be the board game "The Last Titan" (Final Titan), in which 1–5 participants will assemble teams of gods, heroes, and villains from legends, games, and movies.

Richard Garfield – creator of Magic: The Gathering, "King of Tokyo," "Bunny Kingdom," and other projects – and Kristan Kudal, who gave the world "Spy Alley," based the game on the "king of the hill" dice mechanic from "King of Tokyo," added powerful fighters capable of turning the tide of battle, as in Mindbug, and spiced it all up with tactics in the spirit of Unmatched.

You'll have to defeat enemies by rolling dice, relying on luck, and skillfully using items that can enhance characters if you pass at the right time and enter the arena correctly.

According to the team, the most interesting part of this exciting board game, a blend of auto-battler and Ameritrash, is observing the "chemistry" that develops between heroes during battles. The base box alone contains 100 unique characters, each with their own ultimate abilities.

With two expansions and a promo set, which will also be available for pre-order, their number will increase to 140. To be more precise, the "Pantheon" expansion adds 15 mythical titan-deities to the game, as well as a new type of enhancement cards. These are linked to specific heroes and have particularly powerful effects. But this is a double-edged sword: if a titan is defeated, its power transfers to the opponent.

The Mindbug expansion also introduces 15 new fighters and new enhancements based on the universe of the eponymous game. Each card represents familiar characters or their recognizable abilities. Gamers will be able to control the minds of enemy titans, steal their effect tokens, and discard enhancements from their opponent's hand.
