The developers continue to recreate various city landmarks and more.

Recently, the creators of the truck driver simulator American Truck Simulator released a new dev diary dedicated to the creation of the South Dakota DLC.

This time, SCS Software invites players to take a look at some cities in South Dakota, such as Aberdeen. It is located in the northeastern part of the state and is an important center for agriculture and industry, as well as a key hub for drivers heading towards North Dakota. This city is also known as "Hub City" and plays an important role in connecting surrounding rural communities.

Virtual drivers in ATS can expect many different businesses to explore, including a large farm, an agricultural machinery junkyard, and a soybean processing plant. In addition, the developers have recreated some local landmarks, such as the White House Inn and Aldersgate Church:

The selection also included screenshots of the cities: Watertown, Brookings, Yankton, Mitchell:

The release date for the South Dakota DLC for American Truck Simulator has not yet been announced. You can add the DLC to your Steam wishlist via this link.

Another DLC for ATS will be released this month – it will add the state of Illinois to the game.
