Assassin's Creed Invictus Testing Was Terrible, Game at Risk of Cancellation - Insider
The new game in the Assassin's Creed franchise has not yet impressed gamers who have had access to it.
Recently, players once again recalled the Assassin's Creed Invictus project. The reason was a message from insider xj0nathan.
His sources participated in the testing and said that things are very bad with AC Invictus:
Last month (specifically April 30), Assassin's Creed Invictus tests were held, and I was told that it was just ***** [very] disgusting. The release is planned for the end of this year, but there is a high probability that the game will be postponed or even canceled.
Earlier reports indicated that Assassin's Creed Invictus gameplay resembles Fall Guys.
Ubisoft itself stated that AC Invictus is a PvP multiplayer project in the Assassin's Creed universe, created by "a dedicated team of For Honor veterans from Ubisoft Montreal":
Codename Invictus is steadily evolving using a "test and learn" approach. We understand that there is great interest in this project: yes, it is a new approach to multiplayer in the series, but it is not quite what the rumors suggested. By focusing on player feedback, we are looking for ways to involve the community earlier to shape the gaming experience together. The team is incredibly passionate about what they do, and their work reflects our broader goal of offering more diverse formats within the Assassin's Creed universe.
