LEGO Opens Pre-Orders for an Upscaled Darth Vader Minifigure from "Star Wars"

In June, "Star Wars" fans will have the chance to check out a new LEGO set that allows them to build an upscaled Darth Vader minifigure. The construction set contains 1028 pieces.

The LEGO Group also celebrated "Star Wars" Day. They unveiled the "Upscaled Darth Vader Minifigure" building set. It is now available for pre-order for $99.99 (7524 rubles).

The collectible model is made in the same proportions as a regular Darth Vader minifigure and stands over 28 cm tall. The posable new figure features a helmet, armor with an integrated life support system, and a fabric cape.

The right arm can be locked in one of two fixed positions to hold the red lightsaber at different angles. The set contains 1028 pieces. For assembly, the team suggests using the LEGO Builder app. It tracks progress and allows scaling and rotating models in 3D.

According to LEGO Group employees, this set will make an excellent gift for all fans of the classic saga aged 10 and up. Shipping of the upscaled Darth Vader minifigure will begin on June 1, 2026.
