Euro Truck Simulator 2 Creators Show Unique Warehouses and Enterprises of Iceland
A real-life factory was recreated for ETS 2.
The creators of the truck driver simulator Euro Truck Simulator 2 have released a new diary dedicated to the creation of the Iceland expansion.
This time, SCS Software invites players to get acquainted with unique warehouses (enterprises) to which goods can be delivered in the DLC. The game will feature a silicon metal production plant, which is an exact 1:1 replica of a real enterprise:
This location will be home to a new virtual company called Kísilverksmiðja, producing silicon metal, which is used in a wide variety of applications: in the chemical industry, in the production of silicones and silanes, and in high-strength aluminum alloys for the automotive industry.
In addition, players will be able to see the quarries of MS Stein company and several farms, each of which "reflects the traditional rural way of life in Iceland."
