GTA Online Creators to Double Base Activity Rewards and Reduce Prices on Some Vehicles
Rockstar Games continues to experiment with the economic balance in GTA Online.
Rockstar Games has released a new blog post dedicated to the future of Grand Theft Auto Online and various activities.
The developers have launched a new challenge in GTA Online related to nightclub management missions. Players are invited to complete three such missions to receive a bonus payout of 100,000 GTA$ and unlock the Cherenkov T-shirt.
Rockstar Games announced that next week, base rewards for various activities in GTA Online will be doubled:
We want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves and earn GTA$ by playing the way they like. Starting next week, we will double the base payouts for Special Vehicle Work, Mobile Operations, as well as regular and Casino Story Missions. In addition, payouts for Bounty Hunter targets, Yacht missions, and Project Overthrow missions will be increased by 50%.
The developers also announced that they will revise prices for more than 30 vehicles. In some cases, the price will decrease, but the opposite may also happen, for example, the Mammoth F-160 Raiju fighter jet will become more expensive.
Players abusing vehicle resales will be hit – “soon” the maximum resale value will be limited.
