Amazon showed how Nicholas Galitzine transformed into He-Man - a new promo video has been released

Amazon MGM Studios shared a new promo video for the fantasy action film "Masters of the Universe". The new video is a classic featurette about behind-the-scenes work. There are almost no new shots from the film, but the creators talked in detail about the preparation of the lead actor, Nicholas Galitzine.

Galitzine himself says it was the toughest physical challenge of his career. Camila Mendes, who plays Teela, even joked that she already struggles to remember what Nicholas looked like before — that's how much he changed.

Director Travis Knight ("Bumblebee") emphasized that Galitzine trained to his limits to match the status of his character, who is destined to wield great Power according to the plot. Celebrity trainer David Kingsbury said that the path to the role included grueling muscle gain and retention, constant cardio, and complex stunt training.

The world premiere of "Masters of the Universe" is scheduled for June 5, 2026.
