Young James Bond's adventures are just beginning.

During Summer Game Fest 2026, IO Interactive studio shared the results of the spy action game 007 First Light and presented a content support roadmap for the next twelve months.

The developers reported that in the first week after its release, the game sold 2.7 million copies. 1.5 million sales occurred on the first day, with another 1.2 million in the subsequent six days.

According to the presented roadmap, new missions and upgrades for the "TacSim" mode will be the first to arrive. Players will revisit Kensington and Slovakia, including a mission featuring a modified Aston Martin Valhalla.

Additionally, the developers confirmed the imminent release of a version for Nintendo Switch 2, the addition of a "New Game+" mode, a full-fledged photo mode, and path tracing integration. Bond's arsenal will also expand with a new gadget – high-tech G2 glasses.

The culmination of the first year of support will be a massive story mission, "Bouma Returns." In it, the head of MI6 will send Agent 007 to Mauritania to investigate a sensitive case in Aleph, run by Bouma, played by Lenny Kravitz.

The exact release date for the content has not been disclosed. Updates will be released evenly throughout the first year.
