Supergirl Competes in Arm Wrestling Against Alien Thugs: New Clip Released from Upcoming DC Blockbuster

An exclusive preview of a clip from the comic book movie "Supergirl" premiered at the IGN Live 2026 festival.

At IGN Live 2026, a new clip was presented where Kara Zor-El, played by Milly Alcock ("House of the Dragon"), tries to gather information in a cosmic bar filled with dubious aliens. One of the regulars makes an offensive offer regarding payment for information, directly involving Ruthie (Eve Ridley) – the heroine's companion. Kara suggests raising the stakes and settling the matter with arm wrestling. The thugs agree, clearly not realizing who they're dealing with.

"Supergirl" will be the second feature film in the revamped DC cinematic universe, which began with the solo film "Superman" in 2025.

The cast includes Milly Alcock, Eve Ridley, Jason Momoa (Lobo), Matthias Schoenaerts (Krem), David Krumholtz (Zor-El), and Emily Beecham (Alura In-Ze). Additionally, David Corenswet will return to his role as the Man of Steel.

"Supergirl" is set to premiere on the big screens on June 26, 2026.
